Shipping Rate
Shipping will be a flat rate of £7 inc vat regardless of the quantities ordered
Carriage / Delivery
Orders will usually be delivered within 5 working days from order placement. Any delivery timescales quoted to you are indicative only. Orders may be delivered in one or more parts.
In the unlikely event that a product you have ordered is out of stock we will contact you to advise.
- We make every effort to keep the cost of delivery to a minimum, hence shipping and handling is charged at a flat fee of £6.00 Inc VAT for each order placed online for delivery in mainland UK, regardless of size.
- Currently the goods which are for sale on this Website are only sold for delivery to a mainland UK destination.

- The Bathroom Store will make every reasonable effort to achieve an estimated delivery date.
- The Bathroom Store will not be liable for any losses arising out of failure to meet an estimated delivery date.

Acceptance of Goods
Upon receipt, you must inspect the goods. You will be deemed to have accepted the goods unless you notify us that you have cancelled the order and/or you return the goods in accordance with the Returns Policy & Procedure. If no such action is taken, we shall not be obliged to accept any rejection of the goods at a later date. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns & Procedure
Damages / Returns / Shortages:
Notification of any damage or shortages in delivered goods should be made within 24 hours of their receipt, by email.
Complaints will be acknowledged within 5 working days. A likely timescale for resolving the dispute will be determined and the consumer will be kept informed about progress / options. Any replacement goods offered will be sent at the expense of The Bathroom Store.
Goods to be returned at your expense. “Under the Distance Selling Directive you as the customer have a duty of care for the products delivered to you whilst in your possession”. Please ensure that you return the items exactly as you have received them. Please make sure that the items are in an outer box or jiffy bag (there must be no writing or labels on the original packaging).
Where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods, The Bathroom Store reserves the right to refund you in full less any amounts due by way of compensation to recover any loss.
